Practice Director

Emilia loves to bring ideas to life, read and write, and is passionate about learning, meeting and connecting people. She has garnered experience in all facets of the Integrated Marketing Communication gamut (especially print, electronic and digital media), youth development and specialised media communications.

 A graduate (MSc. & BSc.) of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, she has completed various training programmes on Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental & Social Risk Management, Corporate Reporting, Development Communications, Corporate Governance and Executive Coaching amongst many others


Senior Advisor, Branding & Digital Experience

Theo is responsible for the creative direction of brand campaigns and projects; known as ‘brand and digital experiences’ as Senior Advisor. He is driven by the need to be a major game changer globally.

 After garnering unique experiences as Creative Director, Mevee Graphics; Head of Graphics and Production, Sleek Media and True Tales Production; he joined the AML team.Though a graduate of Botany from the University of Jos, Theo has carved a niche in for himself in corporate branding and enjoys Swimming, Traveling and Formula One.


Executive, Projects & Administration

Emmanuel is responsible for managing client projects in Education, Technology and Publishing. He also provides administrative support for in-house productions and events. 

Before he joined AML, he worked at LASACO Assurance, GTBank and as a Graduate Trainee with ThistlePraxis Consulting.Although a playful and fun dude, his work at AML inspires him to deliver better projects with strong communication and project management skills. A graduate of Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Emmanuel enjoys playing digital games, traveling and listening to music


Executive, Digital & Social Innovation

Dimeji started as a Content and Media Analyst with an eye to become the techie maestro of AML. He strives to become a household name in the digital sphere; whilst using digital tools and social media to solve business’ needs – a journey he confirms is well underway.

A self-acclaimed king of banter, contagious fun guy and ‘cheeee’ master, he has worked as a new media expert for Healthfacts.ng, Dokilink.com and Brainworks Communication Limited. As a certified Computer Engineer from Obafemi Awolowo University, ‘Dimeji enjoys music (a renowned Hip Hop fanatic), keeping up with The Joe Budden Podcast, watching soccer (Manchester United Fan) and watching movies (addicted to TV Series).


Lead, Content, Research, Analytics & Data

‘FO’, as fondly called, is driven by the passion to create the most powerful and enriching content for all sectors of the economy. Her work in AML inspires her curiosity and exploration of new concepts and ideas while preparing her to be a force to reckon with in time to come as a seasoned and well-established content curator and editor.

Before pitching her tent with AML, she worked with BrandAll Promotional Merchandise Ltd, Seven Twelve Digital Media Limited and Anozim Digital Marketing (Author on therealgist.com, sweetheart.ng and ng.com), Guardian Newspapers and Independent Communications Network Limited (TheNEWS Magazine, PM News)in various content, editorial and marketing roles.As a certified journalist and communicator with a degree in Mass Communication from Tai Solarin University of Education, a Diploma in Communication Studies from Lagos State University and a Certification in Basic Presentation; FO enjoys sewing, traveling, singing, cooking, gisting, writing and movies.


Lead, Audiovisual Production

Elected ‘Mayor of AML’ by colleagues, Mayokun enjoys singing, meeting people, creating and learning. After a training in Computer Science from Lagos State University (LASU); obtaining a certificate in Cinematography & Editing from the Pencil Film and Television Institute 

(PEFTI), he worked at 9News Nigeria as Digital Editor and as Creative Director for Sixth Visum Media.According to him, working in AML gives exposure to tasks and events that make one a better and sincerer team player who exhibits honest, calm, reasonable, sociable, teachable and lovable traits.


Analyst, Faith & Development Practice

‘Korede leads a new practice in Faith and Development because he is driven by the need to know more, see different angles to life and also broaden his spectrum of reasoning. His work in AML is preparing him to become and retire as an international diplomat in a decade or two. 

Before pitching a tent in the AML Camp, he worked as a marketing strategist for GOG Global Resources Limited and as Programs Officer for Golden Hearts Touching Lives Initiative (an NGO). He also had a stint as a freelance Digital Manager with D-Grace International Sports Consult Limited. With a training in International Relations from Caleb University and Digital Marketing Certification, KO enjoys Dancing, Swimming, driving, drumming, travelling, reading & meeting people.
